Mixed-use property in FiDi comprised of 8 apartments and 1 commercial space with a significant air-rights component, owned by same family since 1978 and rented 50% below market. A successful value-added program of conducting a complete gut rehab and adding 6th floor duplex allowed an increase of the building rent roll to above market standards.
